I'm Back(sorta)

My computer crashed awhile ago so I haven't been able to do much lately. I finally managed to get it working again but it still is kinda acting up. Today at school I really didn't do to much which means a light homework load for me. In my asl class I am learning some new signs so I am very excited. I can't believe its already December! Soon I will be going to see my grandparents so I am excited. Well thats all for now.

Contact Missing

Yesterday I got contacts. It was funny because I took like 20 minuets to put in both contacts. I wore them for the first time all day and I really like them. But when I got home and went to take them out I discovered that either my left one is still in my eye or it fell somewhere unknown.. Anyway I just took about 40 minutes to do my chemistry homework and they are probably all wrong. This means I will have to ask my friends for help or do my most dreaded thing...ask the teacher for help. Other than those things my day was pretty good. Thank god tomorrow is Friday!!

Drowning in Homework

Last week I got sick so I missed four days of school. That meant that when I got back on Monday I was drowning in make-up work. Its the middle of the week and I still have work to do. But other than that I was glad to go back to school and see my friends. Well thats about it for now.

Homecoming

I can't belive how fast the year has gone by. I went to my school's homecoming dance on Friday, it was fun. The only problem was that my friend from a different school got the days mixed up so I was a little late to the dance. I had fun and talked to my friends so it was good. Today it was to rainy to go to the homecoming game. So we went to the movies and saw cloudy with a chance of meatballs, it was hilarious. My favorite character was Steve the monkey. Then I watched Sororitry Wars on tv and it was good too. Well thats all for now!

SMACK!

As I was sitting at our dinner table alone I was looking out the big window in front of me. It was a pretty nice day out. As I was finishing up my food I saw something coming towards the window. It came closer until I realized it was a bird. The darn bird smacked right into the glass! Not wanting to disturb any one in the other room I held back the laughter that came after the bird flew away. This would not have been the first time this has happened to me though. I guess those birds mistook the window for forest but I definitely got a laugh out of it! Tomorrow is era day at school and I am Rome I'm ready to go!

Evanescence

My friends wanted me to listen to this group. I recognized some of songs but I have to say the band is awesome. Anyway a few minutes ago I turned on my computer and saw one of my friends was online. I wanted to talk to him because I rarely catch him on when I am. The problem was I made a promise to go with mom and go exercise with her so when I got back upstairs he had logged off.. :(
No worries though I will probably see him tomorrow! Well that's all for now!

Movie Night

Today I went with my friends to their church and we had a movie night. I got off the bus and stayed at my friends house until it was time. I met a couple of her friends she always talks about. I got home alittle while ago and decided to check out my friends new blog. Mondays always leave me soo tired and it only reminds me tomorrow is Tuesday...darn. The puppet I got at the renasance festival is soo awesome I might wear it too my school's crazy day. Anyway thats all for now!!

Fruits Basket

A couple weeks ago I started and finished a anime series called fruits basket. if you like mystery and romance I would recommend this series to you. My favorite charater is Kyo hes so hot-headed but he has a good heart. well thats all for now!!

New York

This past weekend I went with some friends to New York City. We went to see a Broadway play, Wicked, which I recommend you see if you a chance. I saw soo many amazing places like time square and the natural history museum. We stayed at a really nice hotel and there was a huge grocery store across the street. We rode on the subway which was pretty cool. The only problem was there was alot of walking and by Monday I was ready to come home. Before we left we went to Chinatown and ate some great food even though everyone wanted to sell me a handbag... Well that was my brief summery of my trip.

To The Mall

Today I went with my friends that could make it to the mall. Mom just paid me for helping her in her classroom so I was happy! We got there and hung out for awhile. I bought a few things so I was happy. School starts on Monday and I'm glad because I get to see my other friends. Thats all for now.

Getting Ready

School starts soon so I had to get a few things. We went shopping and I got a some things. I actually have money because mom has been paying me 7 bucks an hour for helping her set up her classroom. So far I have got a pair of shoes and my next purchases will probably the new Warrior book that came out and that new hair straightener that spins (can't think of the name at the moment.) I am trying to plan a trip to the mall with my friends before school starts. Hopefully I can get it to happen.

Home Again

Today I flew back home and it sure is great to be back. Haven't been able to blog as much as i would like to so I will be working on that. The flight was good and short and all I did was read a magazine. Once we all got home I had to unload my suitcase that weighed a million pounds(at least it seemed that way). Now I'm back plotting my next adventure with my friends.

Fog

Today we went swimming again since the weather was nice. When we got to the beach we were in for a surprise,it was covered in a thick layer of fog. We went in any way but the water was freezing. We stayed there a couple of hours. When we got back home I took a long, hot shower and all was good again. I'm tired as could be so I'll probably sleep well tonight.

SUN!!!

Today we finally had a day that was sunny. In celebration we went swimming in a local pond. We all had fun and enjoyed the rare sunshine. My head cold is still in full swing. This morning I woke up to a funny site. Here I am happily asleep(Thank you NyQuil) and for some strange reason I wake up.As I open my eyes I see cat face.Ruby who seems to have grown fond of me is on my chest staring at me. I pet her and she walks across my chest and leaves. Apparently she ran out of food which really never happens to her. She didn't know what to do so she came to me who also doesn't know what to do. She got fed which is good and now I have another great story to tell.

Rain,Rain Go Away

I have been in Maine a week and it has rained most of the time.Even on the forth we couldn't see the fireworks because it was too wet. I woke up this morning and found out I have a summer cold(What fun). Anyway my summer has pretty good so far. Catch you later.

Dinner Trouble

Today was my turn to make dinner so I was going to make creamy shrimp alfredo again. So here I am making the food and what do I do I burn myself. I was putting the noodles in and the hot water burned my thumb. Now I have a very sore thumb. Any way today I have been cleaning my room from head to toe. I am tired but its getting closer I should be able to finish tomorrow. One of my friends actually made contact with me so that is good. We texted back and forth for awhile about random things. Thats all for now!

Busy Body

Mom has been gone the last couple of days at a conference. So in her absence she has left a list of extra chores that need to be done before she comes home. Little and I have been working hard to get them all done and now we are pretty close. Today we might be going to see mom and go have dinner with her. It is going to be a late night but it will be worth it. i am going to Maine in about a week so I'm a little nervous. Its an all new situation and I will just have to get use to it.Until next time!

First Day of Summer

Today for most people would be the start of the first day of summer vacation, well not me. Early this morning mom somehow managed to get me out of bed around 6:20 AM. I was still tired after yesterdays pool party at my friends house so I was no happy about being up. Mom then took me to her school and I had to help her finish cleaning her whole classroom for summer. She said we would leave at eleven but when that rolled around we still had more to do. We ended up leaving around twelve. you would think that was all I had to do but no when I came back home I had to clean the fish tanks. After all this work one of the fish appear to be about to die(poor fish). The good news is that Little went to a friends house and me and mom are having a girls night out. We went to Don Pueblos(Yummy!). After the long and exhausting day I am finally able to relax for real. We watched a movie and it was pretty good. after the movie mom told me to go get something from the car. While I was outside I saw a little toad and it was sooo cute! Now to end a hectic day I'm making ice cream and probably going to bed soon!

Mistaken Identity

Today mom took me to go help her clean up her classroom. This is one of the cons associated with having a mom that is a teacher. Any way we worked in there for about 2 hours and all we had for breakfast was a small thing from McDonalds. So we were starved. We went to the pizza hut/taco bell that was close by. Mom ordered 4 of those personal pan pizzas they all were surpremes. Apparently they only have two pizzas of any kind at hand. Because of this we had to wait awhile for them to cook it. They said it would be five minutes but it soon turned to 10. Mom sent me and Little in to go see what was going on. But as we came in the guy was going out but we didn't know. Earlier mom saw one of her students go into the place so we were talking to her. The guy came back in and spoke too the girl saying "I brought the pizzas out". She had no idea what he was talking about. So knowing he was suppose to be talking to me I said"You brought them out" He looks up and says yes and gives me two free apple things. I walk to the car and tell mom what happened. Mom told me the guy asked her if she wanted anything for free due to the wait. She said that he could go get her kids(us) and that I was a tall girl with a ponytail. The girl that he talked to was wearing a pony tail but she was a blonde and my mom is definitly a brunett like me. Sorry dude that was a TOTAL blonde moment all your own. Now we have a new funny story to tell!!

My Day

Today is Wednesday and the week seemed to drag by. There are only six more days of school left so I'm glad but also sad. I won't be able to see my friends for six weeks when I go to see my dad. Today for no reason I was a little on the sad side though I think I hide it well, probably just the hormones. Finals starts tomorrow and I'm nervous because I hate taking tests. In bio we dissected a frog and boy did the place reek...but it was still a great experience. So thats about all that happened on this wednesday....Before I go I should say I streaked my hair blue and everyone liked it especially me!

Lazy Day... Sort of

Today is Sunday so its my usual day to relax before another week of school. I did but I had to do my chores first and one of them was going grocery shopping with my mom. I really hate grocery shopping I find it very boring. We finally got that done and some good news was I got my blue hair dye we just need to make an appointment to go. Once we got home I had to make dinner for everyone I made creamy shrimp alfredo. It turned out pretty good so that's a bonus. There are only nine days of school left I can not believe how quickly the year went by. I know I'm going to miss my friends even though its only for six weeks. They better call, email, or write to me over the summer so I don't feel to lonely. Any way back to the rest of my day. We watched this movie called New In Town which was a definite chick flick. Then I made icecream with our new icecream maker and it was delicous. After watching some evening news I came up to look at my stuff on the computer. I noticed my friend made a new post so I decided I should do one too. Next thing on my agenda check my email,work on my book, and get to bed(I'm exhausted). Talk to you all soon!

The Smithsonian

Today mom had a project to work on for her college class. It was at the Smithsonian and she decide to bring us along to help. We went and saw many crystals and gems which was really cool. The only problem was we breezed through the exhibit because we were on a schedule. Our day started at the metro station. When we got on the train we noticed it was really crowded but we were not sure why. We found out that the race for cancer was going on today so alot of people in pink were there. The good thing was that the museum was not to crowded and we went through easily. We want to go back and maybe bring some friends .I wonder who will be willing to go?

A Friendly Call

Today was a day off from school and I was home alone. I knew I was going to be bored so I told my friend Brad I would call him. Last night though I wasn't feeling well so I went to bed early. Early this morning I still felt awful and went back to sleep. Around eleven I woke up and was feeling better. After eating some breakfast I decided I would call Brad. We talked for almost two hours and now he is a follower of my blog. I follow his blog so now we follow each others. We talked about random things and I learned that he likes to knit like me. Now I am going to try to do some chores for when mom gets home. Talk to you all later!

What a Day

Today when I woke up I was exhausted. I made it to the bus stop and it was still raining even after yesterday night's down pour. I made it to school but there was a huge problem ,we were presenting our scene today and one of my group members was not there. This wouldn't have been a problem if he didn't have such a major part. So instead of loseing a letter grade we did it without him and it was awful(Hopefully the teacher will understand and not mark us down too much)let's just say he better be careful when he comes back on Monday... My next period was ok so I thought my day would be getting better,boy was I wrong. It started up again the next period when a friend of mine got his ipod and wallet stolen. They called the school police officer and he came in to look around. After that our teacher checked all our bags(mine was a disaster zone)to look for who knows what. Due to this I was late to lunch but good news was I got myself a coke which is just what I needed. Then off I went to gym where I was hyper and in a great mood even though it was soooo hot in there. The good news is the rest of the day was pretty good and plus I have tomorrow off. That was my day hopefully tomorrow will be better.

Another Tuesday(or was it?)

Today at school we turned in our english projects we did over the weekend. We made postsecrets for Romeo and Juliet and for extra credit I turned in one of my own. After watching my fellow classmates perform some scenes from the play( Some were awsome and others sucked) my teacher started to read them all aloud. Some were interesting especially the ones from my classmates. After that I went to Algebra(Why me?) and took a test. At least the test wasn't too difficult and I was able to finish it. Lunch was same as usual and for PE we had a free day which was great. I'm reading this book called Kiss me kill me and its actually pretty good so far. I've been reading it throughout the day. Oh, before I forget I decided I will get my hair streaked blue! My friends are awsome and very supportive which is also great. So that has been my day so far....until next time peace out!

A Day Out

Today I went shopping with my mom and Little. Our trip started with us going to the library where I got a ton of books. Then we went to Avenue where I saw an old friend and it was so nice. Then we all were hungry so we went to Subway for lunch. I bought my favorite and we sat down and ate while plotting our next task. Then we went to the hair salon. Don't worry I didn't dye my hair (yet). I did get it cut in a new way and I love it! The color might happen in a week or two...

NOOOOO!!

Today started as a very weird day. I was running a little behind and I couldn't find my shoe. When I was finally out the door I was late. As I was walking to the bus stop something awful happened. I MISSED THE BUS!! If I had been seconds earlier I would have made it but no, the trees blocked the view so they didn't see me coming and left. So here am with no bus and had to walk back home to get Black to take me to school. I made it on time but this has been a stressful morning. Thankfully the rest of the day was awsome. Even when I went outside in the random pouring rain I was in a great mood. Thats my day so far now I have to call my friend about an email address.

Hey apparently I now have one follower. Thank you Shadowolf for choosing to follow my blog out of the millions around. I guess I should blog more but it's difficult when you have a busy life. Feel free to leave comments. This week I have been tired. And when I'm tired I get really random. So here it is raining and all I have is the huge umbrella. At the end of the day I went to my friend and told him "I could kill someone with this" (referring to huge umbrella) and he just laughed. He told me that a rumor has been going around that he has"come out of the closet". This is not true since he is definitly not gay and plus he told me it wasn't true. I hate the weather right now due to all the humidity. Why can't Maryland be like Oklahoma with just plain old dry heat. Lonely Days

Today for no real reason at all I feel very lonely. It mostly has to do with my dad. After so long of your parents being divorced you get kinda use to the situation. This doesn't mean that I'm ok with the whole thing its just that you live your life as normally as possible. Any way occationally I have these days where I just want to talk to my dad but I can't. Or I just want to give him a hug because I miss him so much. People who arn't in my situation will never truely understand but at least they try. If you think asking for a hug is selfish then you go through 10 months of not seeing your father only talking to him on the phone maybe once a week, and not want to give him a hug. That's how it is for me. Most of the time I get through it but some days like today I am very lonely. This is my life so I must make the best out of this crummy situation.

Stolen Nachos!!

A couple nights ago mom wanted me to make her some nachos so I did. Well when you put in the effort you might as well make you some too. So here I am with some nachos but after a couple bited I was stuffed so I put them in a container for my after school snack the next day. Well after a long day at school I was starved so I was happy I put some food in there. Once I got home though they were missing!! I found out when my mom got hom that Little had them for his breakfast(Why can't he eat normal breakfast food). I was mad but they were just nachos and I can make more. Next time though I'm putting my name all over the container in hope there is not a repeat of the show.

Clean Freak

Today mom woke me up before she left. She told me she wanted me to do all my chores before she came home. So I reluctantly got up to do my work. I had to clean the kitchen, the bathrooms, and my room. I also had to dump all the little garbages and do both her and my laundry. The whole time my brother just sat and watched tv and didn't do his chores. I am finally done and I am exhausted. The whole time I was listening to my ipod with the cd I just burned on it. Its THe Black Parade by My Chemical Romance and I really like it. Well catch you later cuz I'm to tired to write anymore.

Stolen!

First off I hate Tuesdays because they feel so random. Anyway today was the first day back from spring break. The day stareted out preety bad because when I woke up my cold seemed to be worse. Second was that my bus was super late today. Thirdly it was raining the whole time. That was just my morning before school started. Once there I turened in my multiple spring break projects. Every thing seemed to be okay until I got to gym. Some random person decided to steal my gym uniform. Now I need to get a new one and that really sucks. So being the teenager I am I decided I hate the world today because it looks like its out to get me.

Blisters

THis weekend my family and I went camping (again). It was for my brother so he could see the boy scout troop he would be in soon.He couldn't go alone so we made it a family affair. I agreed to go before I found out that my spring fling was on the same day as the trip (NOOOO!). I knew there was going to be a hike, they said about 6 miles there and back They lied the hike ended up being a terrible 10 mile hike through the mountains. I only went five and had Mama cat pick me up. The reason why is I didn't have the proper shoes and got huge blisters on the side of my feet. It was cold and wet and full of immature boys. Yes I was the only teenage girl there and it was really akward. One of the boys kept staring at me and it was kinda creepy. Sorry boy but I have some one else in my sights. One of these days I'll get enough courage to tell him how I feel. But for now I'm happy as friends. I'm inviting him to my birthday mall trip hope he can come.

Please CALL!!

I am not happy. My dad has not called me in like 2 weeks. This has been a battle for a long time because we both are very stubborn. he doesn't call and then i finally give up and call him it is so frustrating. I dont think he understands how much it hurts me when he doesnt call. I am just worried because Im not there and I miss him alot. I like telling him what goes on in my life. But when I do get on him for not calling he gets defensive and angry at me of all people. This is what it sounds like "Dad why havent you called" "Ive been busy" "Well you still could have made time to call me to check up" "Well if you want to talk to me then you can call"... thats pretty much how it goes. In the end Im in tears and really angry at him. He just doesnt get it at all. THats the one thing I expect of him is to call me at least once a week for a little bit not even a long chat just to say hi and hows he doing. Look at me Im crying now just typing this. I have asked him to read my blogs a bunch of times but I dont think he has yet. I hope he reads this one. I just let some of my feelings go and i hope he will listen for once.

Sleeping Out

On Saturday I had to go to the library to work on a project for school with my group. It took us about 6 hours to finish because we were easily distracted but we got it done and it looks awsome. When I came back home I was so tired but apparently my brother wanted to put up the tent then and now. So we did in the rain and it was very cold. Then somehow he persuaded me to sleep in it with him. it was freezing outside but I went anyway. The next morning I was sore all over and cranky. My mom asked why I didn't come in when she came to check on us. the truth was I was to cold and tired to get up. Once I came in I went upstairs to my room and slept for another 5 hours. I have to go around and do this again in another 2 weeks(UGH!!). Hopefully the ground will be even!

Someone Turn on the AC!!

We recently have had weird weather.It has been freezing and it even snowed on Monday. But starting two days ago it has been spring weather. I keep telling everyone to just put on the AC but apparently its still nice enough to just open a window(BOO!!). Right now i have two fans on in my room and it finally has cooled down enough so it is comfortable. Other than the freaky weather my life has been ok.Mom is getting a new car soon I think she should stick to Honda personally, but she has to be difficult and look at diffrent brands. My dream car is a lime green yes lime green voltswagon bug. I will be 15 soon so soon I will be able to drive(YES!).I can not wait.

At the Doctors

Today I had a doctors appointment.Generally I don't mind doctors but this office has its moments. I was just going in for a check up but came out with a disappointed mother, attitude issues, and a sore arm. This is how it started. Everything started with me in a good mood because its been awhile since Ive been there, but then I remembered why I didn't like it here. My doctor came in as usual with a kind smile and voice. She did the general check up but then she brought up my weight. I knew it was coming but the way she said it just made me snap. I didn't realize I was being rude until my mom told me after she left.I feel bad now but theres nothing I can do about it. After she left the nurse came in to give me my surprise shots (there were two!!) and then we left. At least she prescribed some meds for my face because it doesn't seem to go away. Next time I go there I hope I can be on my best behavior even when I dont want to be. Well we all have our off days mine just happened to be then. Better luck next time!!

Love in the Air-Who Cares

February 14 is definitly not my favorite day of the year. Heres why I never get anything really special from people. At school I never get roses or flowers or even a card.Yet every year I end up giving them something. This year Ill give them some homemade chocolates. My perseption might change though if I get something special from the guy I like. Thank goodness the day has passed, better luck next year. How do you feel about this day?

Gym Anyone?

At school we have health the first half of the school year then gym the next. Well now it has happened but some of my good friends had to switch.My crush in particular left to go to a different lunch, we all were sad. The good thing is I see him everyday still. So far gym hasn't been so bad my teacher is pretty awesome.I got my locker the other day so now its time to dress in our uniforms. They are not as bad as my old schools but still.Its personal fitness so my teacher had to take our measurements.It was so embarrasing!Hopefully he'll teach us things that will help me. I know that I've been doing pretty good so I am happy.

Falling for the First(and Last )Time

This past report card I didn't do to well but I have turned over a new leaf this new quarter.I was really mad at myself because I couldn't believe I let it get so bad. I was able to bring the bad grades up but they still we not the best grades I have ever had.Mom was upset and so was I but surprisingly my dad was not mad at all. Ive been doing a whole lot better and I hope it is enough.

Twilight Madness

This series has probably been the best one I have read in a long time. What can I say I have fallen in love with the twilight saga. The movie was awsome so of course I had to read the book. As hoped for I got the complete saga on christmas and finished reading them all in the week that followed they were awsome!I cant wait for the other movie to come out next year.

Accident Prone

As I was coming home from school because we had a 2 hour early closeing we had a problem. My bus was about to stop at my friends bus stop when suddenly there was a loud boom. I was listening to my ipod but quickly removed my ear buds to ask what happened. Apparently a car hit the bus.It tried to stop but the slick snow made it keep moving. Thankfully no one was hurt but we had to stay on the bus for about an hour waiting for the cops to show up.My friend couldn't even leave even though her house was like ten feet away.By the time everything was settled I was freezing because the car messed up the doors so they wouldnt close letting in the arctic air. Well now I have a new story not too many people can tell.How many times does your bus get hit with a car?
