Today mom had a project to work on for her college class. It was at the Smithsonian and she decide to bring us along to help. We went and saw many crystals and gems which was really cool. The only problem was we breezed through the exhibit because we were on a schedule. Our day started at the metro station. When we got on the train we noticed it was really crowded but we were not sure why. We found out that the race for cancer was going on today so alot of people in pink were there. The good thing was that the museum was not to crowded and we went through easily. We want to go back and maybe bring some friends .I wonder who will be willing to go?

I like the cafeteria in the Smithsonian. And btw, which Smithsonian are you talking about? There is the Air and Space museum, Museum of Natural History, and so on.
We went to the Museum of Natural History but only got to see the rocks because we had limited time.
